What we collect

• Checkout email, payment status, and receipt details processed by Stripe
• A hashed order reference and single-use access code on our server
• A signed HttpOnly session cookie after you activate access on a device
• Product analytics via PostHog (page views, traffic source/UTM, and funnel events such as quiz started, quiz completed, paywall viewed, unlock clicked, and purchase completed) and basic page views via Vercel Analytics—no advertising profiles
• Support emails you send us, including recovery details you choose to share
• For Past Life Duo only: the first name you enter and your five scored dimensions, stored on our server so both people can open the shared result, then deleted automatically 30 days after the pair completes—or 30 days after you answer, if nobody joins

What we do not collect

• We do not store full card numbers on our servers
• We do not sell personal data
• Individual quiz answers are never stored on our server. The solo quiz scores entirely in your browser; Past Life Duo sends your answers once to be scored, keeps only the five resulting dimensions, and discards the answers themselves
• We do not use any quiz data to build advertising profiles

Past Life Duo links

A duo session is reachable by anyone holding its link, which is what lets you share a result with the other person—so treat the link the way you would a photo of the two of you. Each session stores two first names and two sets of five scored dimensions, and is deleted automatically 30 days after it completes. We do not email or notify anyone when a partner finishes; you simply revisit the link.

How long access lasts

Activating your code creates a browser session that lasts about 10 days. If you clear cookies or change devices, contact support with your Stripe receipt so we can restore access.
